PantherDave
Sorry this is late, but I was in a golf tournament with my father Wed-Sat so I was fuggin beat. I did make up some nice soup for the colder weather that moved into coastal carolina. So, without further ado....Week 6 Potato and Cabbage Soup 1 small head of cabbage, cored and sliced 3 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks 11/2 cups diced lean cooked ham 6 cups fat-free, low sodium chicken broth 1 cup fat free half and half Step 1- Combine all ingredients except half and half in CP. Cover, cook on high 6 hours. Step 2- Remove 2 cups of vegtables and 1 cup liquid. Puree in blender, then return to CP. Stir in half and half. Cook 20 minutes more. Serve and enjoy! Now for some football.......despite the flack....Panthers prevail on the road. Panthers 20 Cardinals 16 Bon Appetite!!!! Good Luck on the Homer Front and FF Wise-Peace PD.
