Marvin Harrison

Marvin certainly lacks the explosiveness that he had three or four years ago, but the greatest problems for him statistically are Dallas Clark, Anthony Gonzalez, and Joseph Addai. The former and latter have been used extensively in the passing game since last year's playoffs. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he fell out of the Top 10 this year in terms of statistics.

He's getting old. :D That's my favorite. No one EVER says that about TO, and they were drafted the same year.

What's Marvin Harrison when he 'loses a step' ? it's a Marvin Harrison who will only be open 7 yards in every direction, as opposed to ten.

He's been dinged before, yet still alwyas hits 1200 and 12. Buy low and ride him out IMO.

He's not burning corners like he used to. Go back and look at film from '02 or '03 and compare it to now.

That said, his routes are still impeccable and he's still very fast.

No doubt, but he still wins the "TV Frame Measruement" - when he catches a pass, very often he's the only one in the shot as he catches it, THEN the DBs finally get track of him again and show up in the shot to tackle him. :D

Agree here. TO isn't blowing by anyone consistently lately either but TO uses his size advantage to gain position and make plays.

Two very different types of WRs imo.

As accurate as Peyton has been so far this season, he has missed Marvin SEVERAL times for TD's. Three times vs. Tennessee and twice vs. Houston. On all occasions, Marvin was wide open, in the end zone, and Peyton just missed him.

Agree on the buy low post above. If you can do it.
