As a matter of fact, it even surpassed the mightily struggling US dollar not long ago.... I actually didn't realize that. Haven't been there for about four years, when I was getting away with murder at the currency exchange. But my point was that, while NHL teams were relocating to America back in the '90s because they couldn't compete with the free-spending American franchises and the value of the American dollar, the Jays managed to survive without a salary cap... in a hockey-crazed city where the Maple Leafs are #1 by a mile. Because of the NFL's revenue-sharing, the Bills wouldn't have to worry about that. The Toronto metro area is also a much larger market than upstate New York.
