samboy
Fri, Oct 19 WR Marvin Harrison (knee) was limited in practice Friday, Oct. 19. Harrison is a game-time decision for Week 7. Head coach Tony Dungy said he thought Harrison would play. Harrison said he did not have surgery when asked by reporters. (KFFL) What is this surgery crapola? I just bought this guy low(not really) in one of my leagues. Why are reporters asking about surgery when this is the first I have heard about it? Uncle Wiggy
I'm in the same boat as you - just traded for him, thinking I was buying low. This is the 1st I've heard of any surgery. Maybe that's why I got a good deal
CaptainHook
They've been out on a bye week. The reporters asked if he had surgery. He said "no". If you saw the play, you'd know he twisted the knee pretty good. I am very pleased he is at least practicing and is a game time decision. CaptainHook
Wide receiver Marvin Harrison and linebacker Gary Brackett returned to the practice field this morning, increasing the possibility each will be available when the Indianapolis Colts meet Jacksonville Monday night. Coach Tony Dungy remained optimistic each will play against the Jaguars. Harrison missed the Oct. 7 win over Tampa Bay after bruising his left knee the previous week. Brackett suffered a minor abdominal injury in practice on Thursday. Brackett said the injury involved his lower back, but expects to play. “It was just a little sore (Friday), but everything’s good,’’ he said. “I felt a lot better today.’’ From Indy Star from Saturday afternoon. ts
According to ESPN this morning, he's game-time.
DMD
He practiced on THU and was held out on Friday. He could be a GTD depending on how he feels on MON.
DMD
On Friday Dungy said Harrison ran some pass routes and did individual work, and he is much further along than he was last week. "My sense is, if I were a betting man, I'd say he'd probably go," Dungy said.
WaterMan
Colts coach Tony Dungy said before practice Saturday that Harrison would probably be a game-time decision. The 12-year NFL veteran has been hampered by the knee since bruising it in the first quarter of the Colts' Sept. 30 win over Denver.

efranklin
Marvin Harrison and Brandon Jacobs are killing me. I have no idea what to do with either one of them right now, and i have less than an hour to decide.

I'm a little disappointed that this was not even mentioned as a possibility in the updates, but I'm glad to have the message board to catch things like this and to have other Huddlers to pick up these drops... Thanks.
Ursa Majoris
Marvin Harrison and Brandon Jacobs are killing me. I have no idea what to do with either one of them right now, and i have less than an hour to decide. I'm sitting Harrison. Even if he goes, I doubt he's much more than a decoy. As for Jacobs, no clue. I'm sitting him where I can too. Lendale White is a better start, IMO.

ts
And what a f'n genius I turn out to be. Looking a bit smarter now: Last Play: 1-1-HOU 1(5:49) L.White up the middle for 1 yard, TOUCHDOWN.
