timnmakayla
ESPN said Maroney is expected to play. No link for you, but they said it not too long ago at the beginning of Sunday Countdown.
KC Crazy
ESPN said Maroney is expected to play. No link for you, but they said it not too long ago at the beginning of Sunday Countdown. Yeah I just heard it on ESPN Sunday Countdown as well and just heard it on the Sirius NFL Channel. They said he is expected to get the bulk of the carries today, not Faulk. Still risky though... rattsass
he is expected to get the bulk of the carries today I'll believe that when I see it.
major-tom
Can't help but feel a little skeptical and even if he does start what kind of game shape is he in? I may have to go with other options until I see him put up a productive game with no setbacks.
ts
Hmm ... so now I have to figure out what to do with my bright, shiny, brand-new off the WW Kevin Faulk.
rattsass
Hmm ... so now I have to figure out what to do with my bright, shiny, brand-new off the WW Kevin Faulk. I'm still starting Faulk in one league. Of course with Fargas as my only other option, that is not such a hard choice for me.
Roadiedave
Roto reports: The Providence Journal speculates that even though Laurence Maroney (groin) is active Sunday, Kevin Faulk will be New England's primary back. If the Patriots jump out to an early lead over Miami, they may not be willing to risk Maroney re-aggravating his groin problem. However, since this is an in-division game, we suspect the Pats will use their best players as much as possible at least before that big lead is taken. Maroney and Faulk remain usable as flex plays, though there is some risk involved with both.
Gunther
Sal Paolantonio said Maroney will start for what that is worth.
MikesVikes
I'll believe that when I see it. This is how I feel about it. But I did take Faulk (for a full half hour) out of one lineup and Maroney in another anyway. I can't see Faulk not contributing in a PPR. Randall
Sal Paolantonio said Maroney will start for what that is worth. He looks pretty good so far running hard, running through tackles.
