Bye Week Tanking

in my main local 14 teamer, i am very fortunate to be 4-3, 2nd in points. i don't deserve it since i had a horrible draft and have done a great job patch working my team (i.e., of the five RBs drafted, only Jackson remains and hasn't played since week 3).

 

next week, i go against a strong 6-1 team who will field a full roster (!?!). i could try and field a "competitive" line up or i could play for Week 9 and beyond by picking up Henry and Peterson and Hacket, and whoever else might be strong 2nd half plays.

 

For sh*ts and giggles, here is my starting line up if i think long term, and it would be short a WR:

Campbell

Watson

Droughns

Faulk

Coles

Gates

Pitt

Gostowski

 

bench of Bulger, Jackson, MaGahee, Fitz, TBD

 

i guess the question is, should i try and win the battle, or the war?
