Penguinsfan
This could have serious implications for my matchup this week. I haven't seen the play, but my opponent is convinced that Boldin threw a pick (he has WAS DEF). Stat lines say Boldin was 0/0 for 0 yds, which makes no sense since he definitely threw a pass. Do 2 pt. conversion stats not count? Was there a pick thrown? Should a DEF get credit for it since they get credit for a blocked PAT? (not sure if this is "Fantasy Football" or "Fantasy Football Advice", so if I'm in the wrong forum, my apologies.) Cheers. Whiskey Pimp
I believe it's strictly counted as a failed attempt and not an int.
CaptainHook
since it was a 2 point conversion, they don't go down as regular stats. no rushing yardage, receiving yardage, etc. He did throw a pick, but it doesn't count.
keggerz
I believe it's strictly counted as a failed attempt and not an int. correct and to take it even further if you were in an IDP league and your LB makes a tackle you would not see the tackle credited either
bushwacked
What the heck was Boldin doing throwing a 2 point conversion attempt? Were both Warner and Rattay hurt or something?
keggerz
What the heck was Boldin doing throwing a 2 point conversion attempt? Were both Warner and Rattay hurt or something? Rattay lined up as a WR, Warner was on the bench and Boldin is a former QB....worst thing is that the receiver was open too
Penguinsfan
Thanks fellas. I'll just hope that Dallas Clark scores less than 7 pts tonight and that this doesn't become an issue. Otherwise, I assume this rule is somewhere in the official NFL rules and I can cite it. Cheers.
wildcat2334
What the heck was Boldin doing throwing a 2 point conversion attempt? Were both Warner and Rattay hurt or something? one of the worst play calls on a key 2pt conversion I have ever seen. Ridiculous call. Warner had a nice day, you have Boldin/Fitz 2 of the best goal line WR's - plus Edge- and you have Boldin rolling out on a run/pass option............ terrible
pig devilz
first...what a terrible, terrible call! Junior High trickery to decide an NFL game? i couldn't believe what i just saw when i watched that.....i would have felt the same if it worked. second....check your league settings/rules to see if it should be counted as an INT against Boldin. i got points when LT threw that TD early this season and would have lost 2 points if it was INT. but an absolute shameful call.... Read the post MC Hammer. It was on a 2 pt conversionattempt. You dont get credited with a INT if its on a 2 pt conversion attempt. Its just a failed attempt. The defensive player doesnt get credit for an INT either.

It was a terrible call anyway you look at it. This isn't Boise St vs. OU - you go with your strengths there -
