Crazysight
X-Rays are negative...nevermind. Edited October 23, 2007 by Crazysight
giantsfan
The Associated Press reports Jacksonville Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew (knee) suffered a sprained left knee late in the team's Week 7 game. He left with 52 yards rushing off of 13 carries with one touchdown. X-rays taken were negative and he should be fine for Week 8. Again, NEVER know with knees, but this is a good sign. The way he popped right up and walked it off is also. Del Rio also said he didn't expect him to miss any time. Now Garrard being out for maybe 2 weeks is a different story. CaptainHook
Once again, Del Rio is a moran. MJD should not have been in the game.
Caveman_Nick
Once again, Del Rio is a moran. MJD should not have been in the game. I think I will just never get this mentality. When did we start expecting the other team to just give up? MJD was still in there because Del Rio believes, as he should, that you keep trying to win the game. BillyBalata
X-rays on browns knee were negative also Considering you can't see ligaments in an xray...they always come up negative.

Caveman_Nick
Down 22 with a minute to play? [galaxy quest]Never give up! Never Surrender![/galaxy quest] As a HCyou never give your players the impression that it is okay to give less than 100%, particularly when you are getting the snot kicked out of you. The Wolf
I was just about to trade for him to replace Ronnie Brown.. Do it anyway...x-rays are negative and you can use the "injury" to lower the cost to you (if your trade partner is ill-informed)...
