Randall
If you get hurt and can't work are you a bust? Injured players trying to get back on the field are not busts dammit.

detlef
With the caveat about injuries not being included as busts, I actually did pretty well. That excuses Deuce and R Brown and almost excuses, but not really Bulger. He's just in a situation where he's been banged up and his entire time is hurt. No other player I took remotely high has really disappointed but Ocho Cinco better start finding the freaking endzone.

He must have about 10 new celebreations ready to unleash to the world...poor guy is all backed up!
BrooklynCrew
Injured players are not 'busts' in the sense that they underperformed while on the field. But in a fantasy sense, it's a bust pick if Andre Johnson misses 8 weeks and you took him in round 3-4 as your WR#1.
i_am_the_swammi
If you get hurt and can't work are you a bust? Injured players trying to get back on the field are not busts dammit. Thats a good point. I was basically looking at it as an exercise as what guys haven't lived up to the slot in which I drafted them, beit thru injury or poor performance. However, many would consider Gore a bust, but his poor play can be partly attributed to the injury to a key teammate (Smith). Without Smith, teams are stacking the line and limiting his output. Similar is Alexander....with an injured and now retired fullback, he looks 1/2 the back he used to be. Look at Bulger...even if he didn't bruise his ribs, he was going to have a disappointing year because his OL is beat up. So where do you draw the line with injuries when terming someone a bust? Whether its an injury to the player himself, or to a valuable teammate that contributes to his success, injuries will always be a factor in how the entire team performs. Thats why I I disregarded the injury factor altogether.
