LooGie
On the road for an extremely physical MNF game, then a short week, and on the road to the east coast. Patriots looming large on the horizon, and CAR has owned IND in all 3 of their meetings. Yup all, the makings of a trap game, which is why it probably won't be one. I'd feel alot better if CAR was going to their house, (we're 6-0 in domes and 0-5 in outside stadiums, and we haven't won a home game in nearly a year) but I'm not overly scared about this. A few years ago, the Pats came to town, and we had one of our best showings, especially at home, in a long time. We beat them good. We usually have 2 good games a year at home, the rest not so much.. I'm expecting this to be our first good game, and would not be surprised to see the mighty Colts fall where lesser teams have triumphed. If Carolina plays physical, gets 2 sacks and 2 turn overs, and Foster gets out of his own way, and D. Williams way, 21-20, Panthers. If the typical Carolina shows up, 31-17, and that's just Dungy not pulling a Belechik and running up the score! Go Panthers!
LooGie
Well I pretty much called it. We didn't get enough pressure on Manning, and he shredded us. We got the turn overs, but we gave them back, and sure enough, I called IND score dead on. I figured we'd at least get a garbage TD, but Carr couldn't even get us that. Too many turn overs, too many mistakes, and aside from the first drive (which was a thing of pure beauty! Good job Vinny ) we were embarrassing, like always at home. edit: and congrats to all Indy fans. That was a win well earned, and like always, Peyton didn't get worried, kept cool, and raped up us nice and slow. Not that anyone expected Manning to panic or anything, but you get the point. Congrats again. Edited October 28, 2007 by LooGie
Bill Swerski
Your guys were outstanding on defense for about the first 25 minutes of the game. Nobody was open downfield and our O-line had difficulty containing your pass rush.
CaptainHook
Yeah, there were more passes tipped away by defenders in this game than all year combined.
