DMD
Tomlinson (12-35, 1 TD) and Peterson (15-113, 2 TD) being in the same game. It looks like out with the old and in with the new...
reakhiphop
It's like he has another gear that the other backs in the league don't have.
SpinalTapp
Apparently, Chester Taylor must have more Goal Line Burst than Peterson. That will explain why AP was on the bench when the Vikings were on the SD 3 yd line and Taylor fumbled the ball.

Grits and Shins
LT is hobbled by a HC that couldn't coach his NFL team to a winning season against the division 5A high school teams in Texas.
MikesVikes
Are those Peterson's half-time numbers? Â My boy says they should've given AP more carries to get to 300 yards. Well maybe next week then. Edited November 5, 2007 by MikesVikes
Gdawg
It's crazy sick. I have Peterson and he single-handidly won my game, going against Brady and Larry Johnson. Â This is good and bad. The good part is I beat the unstopable monster team in my league. The bad part is, it's my girlfriend's team...and apparently that means no lovin. Â There are no winners here. In a world where you win but your girlfriend loses in FF, wouldn't the living envy the dead? Unless they had some kind of weird sexy zombie powers? Or a really nice car? MikesVikes
I really thought that LT2 was going to show his best stuff today with all the talk about Adrian being the best back in the league. It looked like they were going to him in the first Qtr. I thought that he would break a few runs to end up with a very decent outing. I also thought that it was going to be a blow-out and that Gates was going to have a monster game. Playing Rivers over Kitna is going to probably cost me a win in a local today. Â I was wrong. Â I still think it's a little too soon to say there's a new sheriff in town. Tomlinson is 8 games removed from putting up the best year by a running back in league history. Admittedly, we are watching the next great thing, but Tomlinson is still going to WOW us for a few more years. Â Â Oh and I have Peterson in one league and don't have LT in any. WaterMan
Didn't LT become the 4th on the all time list for most rushing TDs in a career this game? Edited November 5, 2007 by WaterMan
Outshined
Not only is he good, but he is a no nonesense standup guy like LT...very humble.
Gdawg
So, who is better? Â The seasoned, stud (STUD) RB with the killer TE, the established WR (Chambers) and and up-and-coming WR? Â OR the RB that has Nothing, NOTHING else, NOTHING at all,yet still changes the game? Â Hmmmm.... Â Discuss.

Wolverines Fan
LT is hobbled by a HC that couldn't coach his NFL team to a winning season against the division 5A high school teams in Texas. Â I couldn't agree with you more. I own LT on one redraft league team, and I'm only 5-4. Three of my losses are by six points or less. If LT was his usual consistent productive self, I'd be owning this league. Edited November 5, 2007 by Wolverines Fan
