As a heads up:

12. Available Players: Teams may acquire players not on any roster within their league, with one exception. Players cut during Week 9 free agent bidding (November 2, 2007) and Week 10 free agent bidding (November 9, 2007) may not be re-acquired by any team. This is done to minimize potential collusion. On occasion, the WCOFF commissioners may remove a dropped player from the free agent pool if the commissioners think it is in the interest of upholding the integrity of the league or the event.ed

However, it seems that RTS software still lets you put bids on guys that were dropped last week.

Although this isn't as much of a debacle as last year's mistaken early free agent run, this is going to create problems for WCOFF again. They either have to enforce the rule and piss off owners who think they have legit bids in, or not enforce the rule and piss off owners who thought certain players off limits. :D

They already had a big debacle in one league earlier this year. I think it was Shaun Alexander got dropped, allegedly inadvetently, so WCOFF decided that he would be locked for the season. Well, they forgot to get that programmed into RTS and a team won him, used him, then all hell broke loose.
