PantherDave
Well, I guess another rib recipe would be in order, so let's do some "short ribs" this week Huddler Nation!!!!! Asian Glazed Short Ribs 4 lbs beef short ribs 1 envelope/package Lipton Onion soup mix 1/2 cup apricot preserves 1/2 cup chili sauce 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce or ponzu sauce 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 cup water Step 1- In CP arrange ribs. Combine soup mix with remaining ingredients, except cornstarch and water. Cover and cook on Low 8-10hrs or High 4 to 6 hours, or until ribs are tender. Step 2- Remove ribs to serving platter; keep warm. In small bowl, combine cornstarch with water. Stir into sauce and cook, covered, 10-15 minutes or until thickened. Pour sauce over ribs. I serve with white rice and sugar snap peas. Now for some football, as I like the G-Men to get payback from the Boys in the rematch. Cowboys 23 Giants 30 Bon Appetite and Good Luck on the Homer Front and FF Wise-Peace PD.
