Chief Seattle
Hoping he is not playing. Trying to find out anything more if it is available. On the Holmgren weekly Sunday PM post game show in Seattle, Holmgren said Alexander is a no go.
RJV
I really feel bad for the ppl that drafted this bumb. He got paid and now he couldnt take a hit from my 7 year old daughter.

DemonKnight
Someone from the Hawks MB: He said on the Mike Holmgren show Branch is out and Alexander is out as well. Mo will get the start. Not good news for me. Playing against Morris and up by only 80 yards and I really need a win. This week is giving me an ulcer.

Gdawg
http://myespn.go.com/blogs/hashmarks/0-3-7...l-not-play.html No Branch tonight either.
theeohiostate
Rotoworld ESPN.com is reporting that Maurice Morris will start Monday night. Get him in your lineup if you left a spot open for a Seattle back. Morris averaged 77 total yards-per-game in six starts last year.

alexgaddis
When I read the title of this thread I was hoping you were wondering because you had Morris... anyone that is still starting Alexander is making a hugh mistake...he's done

NAUgrad
I think he means that he's lost it and his career is over. That's kind of what I've been thinking as Morris is starting for me tonight and probably more this season if I need him.

doobwaa
Well I hope Morris does something...he should get the chance tonight. After drafting SA and RBrown I could use a little lift.
FordFairlane
Probaly for the best; sending a gimpy RB onto a slick field is just begging to aggravate an injury. Also, if the weather is bad, I think you could see plenty of check-downs to Morris out of the backfield. Could put up a nice total in PPR. NAUgrad
I need Morris to have a nice game tonight. I'm down big, but could make it interesting if Morris and Brown do anything. If I can get a couple of FG's our of Brown, and 100yds and a TD out of Morris then I'm in business. Already won in one league by 1 pt., and lost in another by 3 pts. detlef
I'm not starting Morris but would really like to see him have a good enough game to make them think about giving him more carries when Alexander comes back. With AP going down, I've got nothing but back-up RBs (M Turner, Kenton Keith, Morris)on my team besides LT and I need to start two. At this point, it's looking Morris has the best shot to contribute until AP comes back.

I'm with you there. Another option at RB would be great even if it is just Mo.
aggiebones
My dynasty team had RBrown, McAllister and Alexander. I was 7-0....lost 2 in arow and now probably 3.
