Grits and Shins Posted November 12, 2007 Share Posted November 12, 2007 I was just taking a peek at my local's likely playoff scenarios with 3 weeks left. 12 teams, 4 divisions of 3. Four division winners and 2 true wildcards make the show. Only 1 team has clinched their division at 7-3. Only 1 other team has clinched a playoff berth at 9-1. Only 2 teams have been eliminated (0-10, 1-9) Other teams remaining in the hunt are: 7-3 6-4 (3 or 2 teams pending tonight's game) 5-5 (2 or 3 teams pending tonight's game) 4-6 (2 teams) I'd say it is pretty tight ... how tight is your league at this point? I'm clinched at 10-0 after this week 2nd placed clinched at 9-1 after this week Spots 3-6 are really tight with 7 teams having records between 6-3 and 4-5 before this weeks games, all teams fairly close in points too. NAUgrad Posted November 12, 2007 Share Posted November 12, 2007 Same here! Extremely tight. 10 teams, 2 divisions and I've never seen so much parity. High team is 7-3 with 4 more teams at 6-4. Each division winner makes the top bracket of 4 teams. The next two teams that make it are regardless of division. So assuming the 7-3 team makes it, there are 4 teams fighting it out for 2 spots.
