Patriots
Per the NFL Network. If you have another choice at WR I would go with that. Who knows how much Harrison is going to play?

Trots
per Rotoworld: Marvin Harrison and Anthony Gonzalez are both active on Sunday. Gonzalez was supposed to miss several games with a broken thumb, so this is a major surprise. It looks like Harrison will start, but he may not be 100 percent. Gonzalez should serve as the Colts' third receiver and isn't a fantasy option. Use Harrison at your own risk.
Grits and Shins
Sal (ESPN) said he was OUT and would not play. lNO SURPRISES FOR COLTS; HARRISON EXTREMELY UNLIKELY TO PLAY | Posted Sunday November 18, 2007 @ 07:46 PT ESPN's Sal Paolantonio, reporting live from Indianapolis this morning, just advised "SportsCenter" viewers that head coach Tony Dungy confirmed this morning that veteran receiver Marvin Harrison is "extremely unlikely" to play against the Chiefs today. The news comes as no surprise. Harrison has not practiced all week due to the "bruised knee" he suffered the last week of September. If he sits out as expected, it will be his fifth missed game this year -- and as noted in a previous update, it might not be the last one he misses. Rookie Anthony Gonzalez (thumb) is also expected to sit out today. Aaron Moorehead and Craphonso Thorpe will once again be asked to play greater roles in the passing attack, although tight end Dallas Clark will return after missing last week's game with a concussion. On another less positive note. ... The Colts will also be without starting left tackle Tony Ugoh today. That's not good news with Chiefs defensive end Jared Allen playing well. Grits and Shins
I expect that Dungy did not inactivate Harrison because there is a very slim chance he can still play and he told Sal that Harrison is "very unlikely to play" which Sal translated to OUT.
