broncosn05
I've got Randy. Brady is dirty but if a WR is ever going to win it Moss is doing almost everything perfectly.
irish
Maroney, without him sucking so bad the rest of the team's stars wouldn't shine so brightly. On a serious note- Randy Moss is the MVP.
Flip_Side
Brady by far. Favre would win it if it wasn't for Brady; what that guy is doing at his age is incredible, he IS the team.
Ursa Majoris
Brady in a total no-brainer.
Grits and Shins
Brady will likely win it ... but Randy Moss is the MVP of that offense.

Tford
In the truest connation of the term MVP, Favre should win. But in this case, I think MVP will go to "best stats at your position" and Brady will win.

muck
MVP = Favre; if Aaron Rodgers was the QB, they'd be doing well to be a 500 team. Co-Winners of the "Insane Stats Award" = Brady and Moss ... if Matt Cassell was QBing instead, they'd still be 7-3 and if Moss was somewhere else (or hurt) and Brady was the QB, they'd still be 8-2 ... kcmast
Favre is the definition of MVP, but I don't see how Brady can't win it based on the stats he is putting up this year.
STL Fan
How is Brady less valuable to the Pats than Favre is to the Pack? Who threw all those perfect strikes to Moss? Without Brady the Pats are still good, but they're not dominant.

Randall
A tie between Brady and Favre like the one Peyton and McNair shared. What no Frank Gore?

Jrick35
I am no Pats fan but if the defintion of MVP is to say that without a specific player the team would not do what they are doing then you have to look at Favre & Brady both. Without either of those guys their respective teams would not be doing what they are doing. Once you narrow it down to 2 players being equally important to their teams then you have to look at stats. Now it is important to remember there are still 6 games to be played and a lot can happen in 6 weeks but if voting today I have to go with Brady. No disrespect to Favre he is just as important to the PAck as Brady is to the Pats but Brady is outplaying Favre.

Brady would be having his typical good year without Moss and would not even be a consideration for MVP.
rajncajn
Brady by far. Favre would win it if it wasn't for Brady; what that guy is doing at his age is incredible, he IS the team. Isn't that the definition of the MVP? Exactly my point. Favre is the answer IMO. Although Brady will get it. Not that he isn't deserving, but IMO he has less of an impact on the Pats success than Favre does on GB's. How is Brady less valuable to the Pats than Favre is to the Pack? Who threw all those perfect strikes to Moss? Without Brady the Pats are still good, but they're not dominant.Go back and take a look at some of those "perfect strikes." Brady is an excellent QB, but he gets away with a lot more than most do because of Moss. As some said above, Moss is the MVP of that team, but past success for the Pats without him & past proof that he doesn't do well when it's all up to him dictates to me that he shouldn't be league MVP. I see what you're saying but do you think Moss does what he's done if Cassel was rhe full time starter?
