MGNJTD
Right now my 10 man league in Yahoo is divided into two (2) divisions. At our draft it was agreed that the top two (2) teams from each division would make the playoffs starting week 15. Then the top two from each division play week 15, winners play for the championship week 16. It looks like the way Yahoo has it set now would have the top four(4) teams from the league (not the top two from each division) making the playoffs. Any know how I can change this ? This is only my first year as commish so I am still learning. Thanks alot for any help fellas.
loaf
is this the free version? I don't think you have control over playoff seedings with the free software
pig devilz
doesn't it make more sense that the top 4 teams in the entire league make the playoffs? as opposed to the 2 best teams in each division?
tbimm
My family league is a Yahoo free league and I dont see any available options for this.

Doesn't mean they have the best record/most points...with the wildcards being the best of the rest. Now the best of the rest comes down to how you're setup but still. Top four overall? Do you play head to head every week? Or do you play all points each week? Edited November 24, 2007 by loaf
WaterMan
You either need to 1) next year set up the league differently. or 2) pay for the a league that isn't free on Yahoo. I don't think the basic league will let you do that.

CarryTheRock
$75 to MFL.com should fix it... Exactly! I have never done the pay on Yahoo (why when you can pay some where else and get a better product) so I wasn't even aware you could split up into divisions on there. vt700guy
Will the free version allow you to alter points from previous weeks? I use the pay version and have this option. If so you could alter the points to the point that it affects the records and gets the correct 4 teams in the playoffs. Otherwise just point out to the league that the playoff seeds shown on yahoo are not the correct ones, and just post the correct matchups on the message board.
