Oklahoma vs Missouri - San Antonio Texas

Oklahoma comes into this game with a convincing victory over their rival Okie State - 49-17. This game was never in doubt and OU played its backups most of the 4th quarter. The Sooners will be without Freshman sensation RB DeMarco Murray in this game, but Allen Patrick and Chirs Brown are a solid 1-2 in his absence. Oklahoma won the first meeting vs Missouri 41-31, but trailed 24-23, as OU missed an Xtra Point, heading into the 4th quarter. Oklahoma took the lead for good with 12:26 left in the game, and went up 41-24, until 12 second left in the game, when Missouri got a late TD to make the score look more respectable.

Missouri comes into the game with a hard fought victory over its rival Kansas, with a chance to win the Big 12 title, and spot in the NC game next week. The Tigers were without RB Tony Temple in the first meeting, and they struggled on the ground with only 57 rushing yards on 30 carries a 1.9 average per attempt. In the first meeting the Tigers went blow to blow with the Sooners for 3 quarters, but the OU pass rush started to get to Daniels late, and he lost a fumble for a TD, and was picked all in the 4th quarter. Daniels claims they gave that game away late, leading entering the 4th quarter, and Im sure like myself, Sooner Nation was watching.

Oklahoma 3 keys to Victory

1. Presure on Daniels. OU needs sack master Austin English back in this game, and it looks like he will be a go, practicing last week, but held out for the Big 12 Championship game.

2. Impose their will up front The OU offensive line took over todays game against Okie St, and averaging 6'5 330lbs they need to be physical and nasty up front

3. Bradford must be Bradford Bradford set a freshman single season record this yr with 32 TDs, in just 11 games, with 2 to go. Bradford has only thrown 7 picks all year. Bradford just needs to be Bradford.

Missouri's 3 Keys to Victory

1. Protect Chase Daniels Missouri needs Daniels to have enough time to pitch and catch with his receivers. Daniels has escapability, but he cant be hit from behind.

2. Patience Missouri has never been here before, and they need to realize this game is going to have peaks and valleys through out the contest. Missouri also must establis a running game, or they dont have a chance being 1 dimensional.

3. Tackle OU is a physical offense, and their RB's break alot of tackles. Missouri can;t continually let the first guess miss, or it could be a long night

Sarge's Prediction

Oklahoma 34 - Missouri - 28

Experience matters, Oklahoma has been in many of these big games, while Missouri is entering its first.

The Tigers are likely to be #2 in the BCS thsi week, and each of the last 4 weeks the #2 team has lost.

OU has beat Missouri already, and Bob Stoops and Co. will be sick of hearing how good Chase Daniels is leading up to this game.

And typically have their A$$ handed to them in the BIG games :D

LMAO, must be nice to run your mouth about a Top 10 team year in year out, when your team is 4-8 year in year out.

But then again like your sig says, you are a Pac-10 fan. Oh wait, the Pac-10 also sucks this yr. :D
