peteteacher2001
6-8 pieces of chicken 1package of onion soup mix 16oz bottle of russian dressing 12 oz jar of apricot or peach preserves. Clean chicken and pat dry Mix all ingredients Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for about an hour and flip halfway through. You can do this with the crockpot too, about 6 hours on low. My mom has been making this chicken since I was a kid and I really had a hankerin' for it and figured I would share with you guys. This goes great with mashed taters and corn on the cob. Enjoy the playoffs if you made them, enjoy the bye week if you have one, and drink heavily and pout if you didn't make them. Peace, Pete
