I'm surprised Urlacher and Hawk were in the top 10 and Barnett wasn't. Weak year for rookies when 2 kicker are voted top 5.

it is all about reading between the lines

Have you thought about a career in politics?

Seriously though, I drafted Adam Vinatieri but dropped him because he was having a horrible year with missed FGs.

And I think that a punter who has had as little work as Chris Hanson isn't the most deserving punter.

While Peterson has been great in his RBBC, how he has more votes than Brian Westbrook at NFC RB proves further that the fans of the sport are often the most clueless....NFL fans taking a page from MLB.

Even with missing some time due to injury AND sharing carries with Chester Taylor, Adrian Peterson still has better stats than Westbrook. He also has the record for most rushing yards in a game (not just this season but throughout all of NFL history). He is simply a better RB.

savage you are off base on the "STILL HAS BETTER STATS..."

Westy has 1752 combined Rush/Recv yards with 12TDs and 74 receptions

AP has 1430 combined Rush/Recv yards with 11TDs and 16 receptions

Westy has missed 1 game, AP 2 games

Per Game Averages(played)

Westy: 146 rush/recv yards 1TD & 6.17 receptions

AP: 130 rush/recv yards 1TD & 1.45 receptions

Westy 19.67 rushes/game

AP: 18 rushes/game
