Sgt. Ryan
In the ESPN 8 team bracket, both Corso and Herby pick OU to win it all. LSU doesnt even make the Semi finals, and OSU loses to OU in that round. Guess this proves even more than I thought didnt agree LSU deserved to be in the title game. detlef
Well gee, it's wonder why they even bother playing these games at all. I mean, what's the point as long as a couple of dudes on TV both know who the best team is.

Sgt. Ryan
My point wasnt OU will win the NC. Its that some complete tool says, show me anyone who says LSu shouldnt be in the game. Well if there was a playoff, very few, if anyone thinks LSU should be in the game. This year whoever wins the last BCS game will be mythical National Champions. No doubt about it. Neither team proved they deserve to be there on the field. It was just when each team lost last compared to others.

I hear ya- the chitty thing is with parity across the board the way the BCS is set up, I think every year is gonna be like this one. There are gonna be teams evey year who should have a say in who is the NC, but will be on the outside looking in just like OU/UGA/VATECH this year. If OSU didn't prove they belong in this game, I'm sure your agree nor did USC-OS or LSU. You can't possibly be thinking any of those teams PROVED anything more then the Bucks. Nobody can tell me that another team deserved to play in the NC game more than Ohio State. Now LSU ........... that's a different story. Rockerbraves
If LSU wins the BCS National Championship should they go down in the college football record books as the "Best Ever" two loss team in the history of NCAA football? To me it's a toss up between this squad and the 2006 LSU team that won ESPN's mythical NC playoff last season. Which LSU team do you think is the "Best Ever" 2006 or 2007? Discuss... Sgt. Ryan
The 2007 Oklahoma Sooners are the best 2 loss team ever. This yrs LSU will have 3 loses, so they wont be eligible for that feat.
