skinpig
it is still early to try and predict NE weather, but I'm watching this closely because wind will have far greater impact on the game than the rain...so remember this could change before gametime... everybody is seeing the "30 to 35 mph winds with gusts to 50 mph" predicted and the snow and the rain, BUT... it appears that the eye of this storm will magically pass over foxboro--with calmer winds--during the game...see red timeline below... I'm all over the 41...i mean OVER 41... and of course NE -21 is a gift... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wind Advisory URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TAUNTON MA 441 PM EST SAT DEC 15 2007 ...PERIODS OF DAMAGING WINDS ARE EXPECTED SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT ACROSS CAPE COD AND THE ISLANDS... .LOW PRESSURE OVER THE MID ATLANTIC REGION SUNDAY MORNING WILL RAPIDLY INTENSIFY INTO A POWERFUL COASTAL STORM AS IT CROSSES SOUTHEAST MASSACHUSETTS SUNDAY AFTERNOON...AND HEADS TO THE GULF OF MAINE SUNDAY NIGHT. kickers play
Earlier in the week weather reports were downright scary looking for Brady/Moss owners etc, since then every time I check weather reports at Gillette stadium they just keep getting better and better!!! As of right now the forecast is 100 % chance of rain , 32 degrees at kick-off rising to 34 degrees at 5 P.M. and winds out of the Northeast at 12-13 MPH with Gusts to about 20-25. Those gusts are more bothersome for kickes than passers. I think its fair to say with less than 24 hours to kick-off that this game will go without weather being a MAJOR factor. Weather reports are much more precise in the last 24 hours than even 48 hours out. Good thing Brady still has that connection upstairs

Chief Dick
Looks like Tom Brady will need to use Aqua Net this week. By far THE BEST spray for high wind conditions. Man, what I wouldn't give for a peek at his hair product satchel.

Pitbull739
I benched Gostkowski and picked up Longwell for this week just because of the wind vs. dome. This weather has me all messed up. I dropped a kicker, benched Braylon for Jennings, and not like I needed persuasion, but Lee Evans for Burleson because of the bad weather expected tomorrow. STL Fan
This system is in the last stages of dropping about 9 inches of snow on us here in The Lou, and that's a lot for us. The most in more than 5 years, so it's got some punch.
BrooklynCrew
Yup. Right now it's a total blizzard here in Boston... whiteout conditions outside my window. They are still saying this will change to mostly rain by this afternoon, but the score would be 6-3 if they played in these conditions right now... yikes.
