alexgaddis
Ahem, from Wikipedia Most die-hard Texas Chili purists will argue that Chili should contain NO beans, but rather that the beans should be cooked separately and served alongside, to be mixed at the diner's discretion in his or her own serving bowl. Well, what can you say about a group of people who were their own country for about 5 minute before joining the US as quick as possible....yet still won't shut the f up about being their own nation? Kid Cid
I'll give it a shot. I actually made my own once and it was hands down amazing but I'm too lazy to keep making it. Do a search for Alton Brown and chili powder, it should come up. The only place I ever found to buy it was through Amazon.com. It's like $24 but you get 6 bottles of the stuff. http://www.amazon.com/Gebhardts-Chili-Powd...8947&sr=8-
