Rockerbraves
What's funny is that Ohio State must share the "choker label "with a few other Ohio teams. From what I hear, OSU synchonized swimming teams sucks as well... I also heard that Big Blue owns them Ultimate Frisbee.

Just messing with you. FWIW, we got loaded and went to a San Jose Sabercats game for the more PG elements of my bachelor party. It's actually a pretty good time. None the less... Just to be fair the the men's soccer team as if that even counts as a sport( I hate soccer) OSU was major underdogs and the program has been good but never really anywhere elite like IU, North Carolina and any other pretty boy squad. I know some thought OSU reaching the final was a major upset. It's soccer to me and might as well be marbles. I can't even tell you that I knew they were in the tourney till like 3 days ago. I have no idea 1 player's name or even the name of the field they play on. OSU basketball beat Coppin State the other night.

Maybe not here in the US, but it is the largest most followed sport in the World. If team USA ever wins the World Cup, soccer will explode here in the US. Not to mention that the highest paid professional players in the world are Soccer players, some to the tune of 35-40 million per year. Rockerbraves
Recall years ago the soccer community claiming that soccer will climb in interest throughout the USA since so many young kids were picking up the sport. Their reasoning was those kids would grow up big soccer fans demanding more TV coverage. Hasn't materialized yet even though many of those youths are now in their early 20's and late teens. American Football still rules!

American Football still rules! Yep. I remember those claims too. I love American Football! Still the most preferred sport in my book. But in defense of soccer, the media coverage of it is absolutely disgusting! It's like listening to old farts that can't except change... Stuck in their ways and interests...Hell, soccer never gets any air time, and yet guys that turn left for a living make headlines on sports shows!! It's a conspiracy I tells ya!
