theeohiostate
The SEC #2 matches up with Big 10 #4 in SEC country. Tennessee led LSU up until the 4th quarter , while Wisconsin was BLOWN UP by OSU. Another SEC team being afforded the advantage of playing in SEC country. theeohiostate
Cheap shot as Tenn goes helmet to helmet on Wisconsin QB Tyler Donovan nearly knocking him out of the game. Come on fellas let's play even up here today, let's not seek an advantage that Kentucky had over Florida St yesterday.
theeohiostate
Wisconsin is just blowing up the Tennessee offensive line . Tennessee must realize this isn't Lester and LSU, Hill and the Wisconsin line are MUCH , MUCH bigger and faster. The advantage the Big 10 has over SEC teams is the mere size and speed of their offensive lines, it's showing early on in this game as Tennessee is getting pushed around the field. theeohiostate
Where else can the Big 10 expect a call like that ? SEC coutry for sure. Wisconsin clearly picks up the 1st down, the refs don't give him the mark, it's not reviewed.........punt and TD Tennessee Speed kills? So does a little homebrewing. GWPFFL BrianW
Vols up by 7 at halftime. It's shaping up to be another Big Ten-SEC classic on new years.

Rockerbraves
Have to give Wisconsin's QB credit. Kids taking some hits. Not sure what Coach Fulmer was thinking with that trick play. They were driving with no problem and for some reason he decided to pull that crap. Overall a decent game. Ainge is playing well.

Thank goodness the kid is tough and stayed in the game...otherwise you would be crying about another gift by a starting QB coming out of a game.....in fact I bet you were rooting for him to leave so you would have another excuse....... theeohiostate
Wow ! The #2 team in the SEC is getting a great game from a mediocre Big10 team..............AMAZING ! ! PJHill's 5.5 40 speed nearly broke an 8 yard TD run, but the fast Tennessee D caught him.....................from behind, no less.
Bonedaddies
TOS- perfect example of lack of speed....if Hill had speed, he takes the 59 yard run to the house...instead, 4th and 2 turnover on downs.......SPEED baby!! 4 guys caught him, I think one might have been a D lineman...... theeohiostate
From what i've seen today from the team that dominatied LSU and a team that should have beaten LSU. Looks like Wisconsin and Mizzou would both punk the Tigers without question. Don't think they've played anyone with that kind of defense all season. No doubt !! Hill's 5.5 speed is not match for the speed of the SEC If they had Dayne back, he'd of scored easily against the speed.
theeohiostate
Tennessee fumbles and the homefield reps for the Vols reverse the call , thereby insuring the SEC an bogus win in SEC country.........again.
theeohiostate
WOW. Wisconsin hit 3 yards OOB and the corrupt refs don't give them the 15 yards. How obvious is the collusion here in SEC country?
theeohiostate
Even though the Badgers lost, you have to consider it a loss for Tenn as well, considering they were playing with the efforts of the refs and in SEC country to boot, coupled with them being the SEC #2 against a medicore Big 10 team. Figure Tenn should have won by at least 2TD's today, but failed to impress against a mid-level Big 10 team. On a neutral field with good ref play, Wisconsin wins this game hands down. What a shame. Now after 8 years and 23 meetings, the SEC is KILLING the slow Big10 12 wins for the SEC 11 wins for Big10 They must have earned that extra win based of speed ? Or, if your a non bias observer, it may be a result of the refs and homefield advantages.
