T_bone65
Any possiblity that JJ throws more $$$ at him with the understanding he becomes the HC in Dallas? keggerz
JJ has made it pretty clear on numerous interviews, including another one this morning on Dallas radio, that Wade isn't going anywhere right now. but one has to wonder what the definition of right now is to JJ

Randall
The original story as reported by ESPN has been updated to include: JJ being persuavive is a pretty creepy thought. ESPN.com reports that while the Ravens have offered Jason Garrett their head coaching job, there is only a "60-40" chance he will accept. ESPN.com cites a source that says Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has told Garrett he would match any offer that the Ravens make. Jones views Garrett as the potential next head coach of the Cowboys, but continues to say he will not fire Wade Phillips in order to keep Garrett in Dallas. Garrett has reportedly said that Cam Cameron and Dom Capers would be his offensive and defensive coordinators, leaving Rex Ryan the odd man out. I heard that as well although I'm not sure who was placing the odds on that event though. Maybe "world wide leader" just took a quick poll in their break room. DMD
Phillips knew that when he took the job. The plan was to let Phillips be HC for maybe 2 years to help improve the defense (ironoic there) and for Garrett to take over. They almost made Garrett HC last year. Maybe they should have.
