Grits and Shins
How can they possibly asses the odds without know what formal gown each of those beauty contestants will wear at the pagent?
untateve
How can they possibly asses the odds without know what formal gown each of those beauty contestants will wear at the pagent? The Gators will be wearing a beautiful royal blue gown with orange lace.
SLAYER
I may have to put a 20 spot on Georgia and OSU at those odds, not bad.

Rockerbraves
Just wait til August when the national champion is declared. Looking back it really isn't a huge surprise LSU came thru. Of course they sure didn't get the Trojans and McFadden right. 2007 Odds BCS National Champion LSU 2:1 USC 3:1 Ohio State 5:1 Cal 6:1 Oklahoma 7:1 WVU 15:1 Arizona St. 25:1 Boston College 25:1 Missouri 30:1 Texas 30:1 South Florida 50:1 Heisman Trophy Darren McFadden 8:1 Mike Hart 8:1 DeSean Jackson 8:1 Chase Daniel 10:1 Matt Ryan 12:1 Colt Brennan 12:1 Andre Woodson 15:1 Brian Brohm 20:1 Tim Tebow 25:1 Pat White 30:1 Sam Bradford 50:

They had USC as the 2nd most likely to win it all and they finished 2nd in one poll and 3rd in another. That's about as close to right as you can be. As for McFadden, they had him in a 3-way tie for 1st and he finished 2nd. Not exactly swinging and missing there.
Coffeeman
Looking back it really isn't a huge surprise LSU came thru. Of course they sure didn't get the Trojans and McFadden right. Detlef already beat me to it, but I'll add that injuries change everything, don't they? But USC had a streak of 6 'QB-injury-free years' going, so it seemed like a safe bet at the time to put them at #2. And now that they've become the only team to get at least 11 wins for 6 straight years, USC is again a top favorite to win it all. That's about like me projecting Britney to have another bat-sh*t crazy episode at least once/month, or Lindsay Lohan to end up back in rehab....
