SheikYerbuti
During the day I'm not sure, but while the game is on I'm doing a warm crock pot full of meatballs in sauce and rolls. Everyone can serve themselves. . . .I can't be farting around in the kitchen. This game is too important.

detlef
Oddly enough, I'm going to be enjoying Eastern NC BBQ at a friends house. Well, he sort of does a bastagization of it so I enjoy it much more. Rather than using whole or half pigs, he just uses butts, so there's more surface area to get all brown and crispy. Others are likely bringing things and I'm not sure what yet. Last year I made a rather baller version of the 7-layer dip and may do so again. Hopefully I have a batch of carnitas in the freezer... Kid Cid
This is the first year in a long time that I'm not doing a SB party. In the past I had always served the regional foods from the Cities participating the SB.

You could serve massive amounts of baked beans and pepperoni pizza. . .then have a $10 entry, winner take all farting contest after the game.
