Bronco Billy
Cincinnati, Denver and St. Louis are the best bets on that board. Denver has way too many questions on D to be a serious candidate for placing any early money. They've got some very young guys on the D-line who could all mature this year, but that's asking a lot, especially when they have very questionable LBs. CIN is in the same boat where their new HC will have to rebuild their D almost completely. It could happen - the offense ought to be loaded if Walker stays healthy, but I'd spend my money elsewhere if you're looking for a good longshot. I'd really like MIN's chances in a longshot role if they manage to address their QB issue and pick up a decent CB or 2.

Bronco Billy
did i miss Marvin getting canned Sorry - I meant DC. That's my bad. They SHOULD have fired Lewis, but they haven't yet.
BeeR
I like NO, CLE and BAL as the best longshot plays. GB is the worst play there. NE the safest.
DemonKnight
Washington and Cleveland @ 30-1 aint bad.

Piranha-z
NE has the easiest schedule next year so it's no wonder they are ranked where they are. Quote from ESPN "Their .387 opponents' winning percentage for the 2008 schedule is one of the easiest slates in the modern era. Their division is easy, and they play the AFC West and NFC West." The Vatican Hitsquad
125-1? I LIKE THOSE ODDS!

#1 Niners Fan
Baltimore at 125/1? Do they really belong with the likes of Oakland, Atlanta, Miami, and uh-um San Francisco? I mean, they did just win their division and have a first round bye one year ago Edited February 6, 2008 by #1 Niners Fan
MustOfBeenDrunk
Minn or NO for the NFC the AFC makes me dizzy

I agree on the Saints and Browns, but the Ravens will be worse than they were this year. McNair is completely useless, so they'll be starting some combination of Boller and a rookie QB before midseason.
godtomsatan
I'd hit the Giants @ 12-1.
HowboutthemCowboys
Indy @ 6-1 looks like the best bet to me. NE and Indy are probly equal favorites to represent the AFC. ( IMO anyway) Why take 5-2 when you can have 6-1?
Ursa Majoris
Bears at 25/1, 11th favorite? I'm a bit surprised they're that high.
bushwacked
St. Louis are the best bets on that board. I like KC at 100/1 better than St. Louis at 75/1. I just don't see St. Louis heading in the right direction.

I doubt Boller lasts as QB long if at all and I think they'll nab a top QB and roll with him- ie they may have their best QB on the field....ever? They're well worth 125-1 shot. Randall
Cincinnati, Denver and St. Louis are the best bets on that board. At 18-1 and Holmgren's final year I think Seattle is.
Randall
I guess a Giants repeat is not expected You'd have to repeat the entire year- Tiki retiring, Coughlin almost getting fired, winning in Dallas winning in 800 below weather in Green Bay... Randall
I feel the opposite way. I do too. I see Herm and Carl getting run out of town by angry fans.
