The Vatican Hitsquad
http://www.PetitionOnline.com/XLIItrut/petition.html The funny thing is, the ref's have every right to stop the clock on a measurement, its a rule that is ALWAYS enforced. Not something obscure like, oh I don't know.. .THE TUCK. Also, let's say the clock DOESN'T stop... the Pats would get the ball with 29 seconds left, not 35. And they still would have thrown an incomplete on 4th down.

DemonKnight
Nowhere in the above rules does it state that in the conditions of what was happening on the clock should be stopped. What is that supposed to mean?
DMD
This is hardly helping the Patriots get over the game. It is only perpetuating what 31 other teams think about the Pats.
Hugh 0ne
So the team that cheated and may lose Super Bowl rings is filing a protest? Dontcha think keeping a low profile right about now when it comes to such things as the league and it's integrity would be a smarter approach? Patriots
Patriots played awful, Giants played great. Better team won. Refs did not decide the outcome Its not right to whine and take away what another team did.
Bronco Billy
The Pats fans as a collective group have officially taken over the title as the biggest female genetalia in the sports world. Congrats to their taking the title in such an overwhelming fashion. Post edit - had to substitute for the langauge filter. wink wink lover boy? Grits and Shins
Does any other fan base more than the Patsies? Isn't this the same fan base that were just a couple weeks ago exclaiming that the Patsies were the best team of all time and that nobody could stop them ... and now they think they lost because of a clock issue. That is rich.
MrTed46
Up to the Super Bowl I liked the Patriots. Now I downright hate them. Sore Losers (esp Brady and Moss) and now I read this from their fans. Unreal.
isleseeya
The Giants really did save the world from the Patriots life as we know it especially as NFL fans would never be the same if they won if i had one i would hug my eli manning doll right now

Wow, I didn't think there was anything that could add to my hate towards these fans and this pathetic team/organization. Is Seattle still crying over their loss in the Super Bowl? Oh, yeah I guess they are too. Anyway, apparently the tape was destroyed along with the cheating tapes. et tu menudo?
