jaxfactor
I had a 2.5 lb. package of country ribs in the freezer. I took them out about 8:00- 8:30 last night and left them in the sink to thaw(mostly). Well, dumbass me forgot to put them in the fridge and didn't notice them until about 9:30 this morning. They were just about room temp, maybe a slight chill to them but needless to say completely thawed. Should I still cook them or are they history? I've had food poisoning 3 times, twice by chicken and once by pork. It is no fun. I mean, I can go out and buy another package no problem, but I hate to waste food like that. What do you all think? Sir Loins of Beef
I also hate to waste food but wouldn't think twice about it--toss it and don't think about it again
