chester
Too many to suggest (especially from the bottle list). Your best bet is to find the bartender that knows the most about beer and shoot the $hit with him. Let him know your tastes/mood/budget and have him make suggestions. Also mention that you don't want stuff that's been laying around forever (unless it's meant to be).
Chief Dick
I've always wondered about those places that have so many different beers on tap. With so many choices, your keg turnover is not going to be real fast, so there is a good chance you make get a skunky beer if that particular beer has been there awhile. This has happened to me on more than one occasion, so I tend to stay away from that sort of thing now.
SheikYerbuti
I've been to a few places that offer a sampler of 6 or 7 different beers, usually about 3 ounces of each. This is usually at places that microbrew on site. Sounds like your place should try this. It's a really good way to find out what you like/don't like. Atlanta Cracker
If you get any beer you don't like - or seems skunked - you can send it back no questions asked. This happened for one I tried but I think it was the flavor and not that it was skunked that was the problem. So the ones I did drink were: Victory Hop Wallop - I love ales and I love hops but the flavor on this one wasn't my favorite. Sweetwater Happy Ending - This is a high gravity porter that I'd yet to try but is about to be off the shelf til next winter. I had a spicy wrap for dinner and this didn't go very well with that so I got a glass of water to make it through the meal and then enjoyed the beer for desert. Victory Old Horizontal - Guess this is a high gravity one as well since it came in a smaller glass and tasted pretty strong. Very hoppy and much better done than the Hop Wallop. Flying Dog Doggie Style - Guess I saved the best for last because this one had everything I like in a beer. Lot's of hops but not a bitter finish. On top of that this was the cheapest I tried for the evening. The other cool thing about this place is they have a Passport Club that rewards you for trying different beers. Once you get to 75 you get your own mug that holds 20oz so you get 4 extra oz free with each draft you try! A few of us have gotten authorization from our wives to make this a regular monthly outing so at this pace I'll be getting my big mug in about a year and a half.... You sure it wasn't your favorite because you were already 3 beers in? I'll watch for that one. Hard to forget a name like that.
Atlanta Cracker
You sure it wasn't your favorite because you were already 3 beers in? Actually, I'm positive because the one I sent back was right before I got this one.
darin3
Why? Gave it up for lent. I'll probably lose 10+ pounds in those 40 days just from not drinking beer.

Actually enjoying their IPA right now. Most of what I've tried has been excellent. I'll have to look for the Doggie Style.
Muggsy
I bartend in a brewery so I love craft beer. I like pretty much anything from Flying Dog, so I'm not surprised that was one of your favorites. I would also give the Heavy Seas Hang Ten a try, I like it(and being from Maryland can find it pretty regularly, but hard to find on tap outside of the Baltimore area). I think Heavy Seas(and any Clipper City) brews are top notch! Is this place in Atlanta? I get down there once in a while and wouldn't mind popping in. Enjoy getting to that mug. There are a few of them around the Atlanta area and some in TN too it seems ... Taco Mac Took the family to dinner there Saturday night and had Numbers Ale and Rogue Juniper Ale both top notch ales that I'd put right up there with the Doggie Stlye!
