PSULions Posted February 27, 2008 Share Posted February 27, 2008 Killing two birds with one stone.... i wasn't sure why the Panthers had held onto Carr given his dismal performance with the team last year, but I guess they were waiting to sign someone to free up cap space. Moose for a close to veteran minimum is a decent deal to provide some depth at WR for us, so hopefully, the number is a palatable one. Given the status of their franchise, I was afraid they actually signed a moose .. kind of like a minor league baseball stunt .. have this big ol' antlered moose playing tight end for the Panters as a gimmic to sell tickets ... He was handsdown one of the worst decisions made by the Panthers organization EVER!! The guy can't play and I wouldn't be surprised if he is out of the league this year.
