Not sure if this info is "confirmed"

49ers "Big Splash" so far

QB J.T. O'Sullivan (Lions)

LB Dontarrious Thomas (Vikings)

RB DeShaun Foster (Panthers)

Word is they are not in the running for Briggs, Pace or Berrian, but they do have interest in Isaac Bruce

Other than a visit scheduled by Justin Smith that's about it so far.

I am more than disappointed to say the least :D

YOUNG, SIMONEAU STAY WITH SAINTS

Adam Caplan of Scout.com reports that the Saints have reached agreement with two of their own free agents.

Defensive tackle Brian Young will sign a three-year, $12 million deal.

Also, linebacker Mark Simoneau will stay put.

New Orleans free agent center Jeff Faine has agreed to a multi-year contract that should make him the league's highest-paid player at the position, providing the Bucs with a long-term solution at a position they had targeted for an upgrade.

As per ESPN:

Cleveland Browns quarterback Derek Anderson wasn't a free agent for long.

Anderson has agreed to a multiyear contract to stay with the Browns, a person familiar with the negotiations told The Associated Press. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the contract had not been completed.

General manager Phil Savage believed if Anderson had gotten an offer from another team, the Browns probably wouldn't have been able to keep him.

The team had been negotiating a three-year, $20 million deal for Anderson.

The 24-year-old signed with Cleveland just hours after he became a restricted free agent.

Turner in ATL makes no sense ahah....that's crazy..

Why not? You have an aging Warrick Dunn and Jerrious Norwood, who the coaches obviously dont feel is an every down back, due to the way they use him.....Turner and Norwood would be a pretty decent backfield....

I think Turner would be a feature back behind a better OL...

Norwood would be better with a different power back than Duckett...I feel he fumbled a bit too often when he ran the ball...

Dunn should be cut..unless his salary isn't that much as he's a great presence in that locker-room...

I would make the Falcons backfield fantasy hell...I'd have Norwood as my #1, some other power back for short yardage and GL....and Dunn as the occasional change of pace back who gets a run with the offense one series out of every 3 or 4...
