I would drink a martini out of one.

We have a drink called "Bacon Not Stirred" where we make a bacon brittle, pulverize it in the vita-mix, add salt to that powder and rim a martini glass with it. The drink itself is Maker's Mark, a dash of butterscotch shnapps, and some bitters (I think there's other things in the drink, but my bartender came up with the liquid element)
