bigbadwolf Posted March 21, 2008 Share Posted March 21, 2008 A press conference was just announced for 12:30pm for the Seahawks and both T Ruskell, the GM, and Holmgren, HC, will be there. No one knows what exactly is going on as this just sprung up and that is unusual for the Seahawks, but the local sports talk radio KJR is reporting the "buzz" is that the Seahawks will announce today that Shaun Alexander has been cut. Again at this point it is just a rumor, but the Seahawks don't hold a press conference everyday with both the GM and HC, and especially where they are being cryptic on what the press conference is about. Craig Terrill, Patrick Kerney, Deon Grant and Jordan Babineaux restructured their deals." I've always been lukewarm on Ruskell's character priorities, but the deal seems reasonable for a player of Lofa's caliber. Grant and Kerney were recent high priced free agents.
