Until a few days ago I PM'd everyone when they were up. Some came in were on the thread and then left without making a pick. Many of us tried to keep it going. If people wanted out all they had to do is PM me with picks or say they were out. A few did PM with picks and even cell phone numbers. There are always slackers.
