Sir Loins of Beef Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 On Saturday got signed up for a seafood stew or chili cookoff to raise money for cancer research here in Tampa --figured I would try something a little different going to use a black bean base for my chili and the main ingredients will be conch and shrimp--presentation would be a bowl of chili-small scoop of rice-then shredded cheddar-creme fraiche and topped with a jalepeno-maybe sprinkle geen onions also--using these ingredients what spices do you think should be used to make a taste that is a little more than edible--thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
