Just looked to confirm dates don't interfere with football schedules for me this year so I'd like to get back in the fray and actually cook something this year. I'm thinking Filets - cut from Costco tenderloin of course. I wouldn't mind staying in the hotel too in order to facilitate heavier drinking. Loaf? Unta? Anyone else want to join? May I offer a tentative yes. October is a ways off but I think this would be good fun. I've thought about doing wings. Perhaps we could both cook.
