Egret
Probably nothing more than some rumor muck raking, but it's interesting. I wouldn't be a fan of this trade for the Lions without Dallas paying a hugh price.

Randall
Well Roy won't have to worry about being horse collared.

Perchoutofwater
As a Cowboy fan I'd love to see this happen. I'd trade the 28th pick and the safety Roy Williams for the WR Roy Williams in a heartbeat if a sign and trade deal were in place. I'd also give up the 22nd pick straight up for Roy Williams. It makes sense for both teams involved, as DET will not retain Roy Williams services after this year when his contract expires. They need help in the secondary, and while the safety Roy Williams isn't that great in coverage, he is great in run support, and of the three teams in the lions division, only the Packers have a real passing game, and the Packers are trying out a new QB. Dallas needs some youth at WR, and Roy Williams is better than any WR in this year's draft and can produce immediately for a Dallas team that is primed for a championship run. If Dallas could make this trade happen and make the Pac Man trade happen and Pac Man's suspension is lifted, in my mind Dallas would automatically have the best draft just based on trading the picks to get these two players. And in both situations, the trades mentioned make sense to all teams involved.
Puddy
Maybe they can get Roy Williams to leave college and coach them as well.
