I'll likely be at that Saints game, for various reasons. :D

ETA: Big J, if you'd like to change the title to conform with the Steeler, Jag threads, that'd be awright.

You think so?

Is the new QB ready to roll or will he need a year to take the team to the playoffs?

Also, what's with all the MNF games for the Pack?

The NFC North is weak, you still have a very good defense, and the running game looked pretty good toward the end of the year.

You'd bitch if you were hung with a new rope. :D

Oh silly...

I've said since the NFL announced who was playing where that Dallas would not have to play in Green Bay late in the season... There were a few threads discussing it a while back... All I said was that it was lame that once again, Dallas has a schedule tailor made for them. I'm not bitching, but thanks for trying. Now please, go fish somewhere else.

The Cowboys have never had one regular season game in Wisconsin in December in their histrory. That's 58 years. .

Frickin weaklings afraid of a little cold.

They're the third most popular team in the NFL, and they're good at the moment... It's all about ratings.

Problem is that since ESPN took over MNF, they have to use what was the criteria for selections for the old SNF games. NBC now has the "premiere" lineups.

Cowboys founded in 1960, so that would be 48 years.

I'm not doubing your statistics, I just think that if you guys think that the Dallas ownership has anything to do with those stats or the schedule you're smokin' the funny stuff.

Does that so called ownership really work that well outside of Dallas?

I still don't understand how fans of a team that hasn't won a playoff game in over 4,000 days can be so arrogant...

Yes I think Dallas is the team to beat in the NFC. Yes I think GB has a very nice team but I , like most fans outside of GB, think that your QB will struggle some his first season. If that's arrogant then I'm arrogant.

In my previous post I was trying to point out that Dallas has nothing to do with the fact that they're not playing at GB in December.

Then why is the team to beat in the NFC not the super bowl champions, or a team that has at least won a playoff game this decade? You're prancing around with your cowboys blinders on, and they've done what when it matters...

Oh yeah, they lose.

Look at the database. Of all the warm weather teams in the NFL the Texans and Cowboys are the only ones to never play in WI after Thanksgiving. The NFL says it's a coincidence but teams have always lobbied for themselves. After 48 years I don'ty buy it's a coincidence. What are the odds?

Even Jacksonville and Atlanta have played there.

If the NFL won't schedule one it's time for home field advantage. The NFL can't protect them then.
