nuke'em ttg Posted July 11, 2008 Author Share Posted July 11, 2008 well i made some tasty ribs but it was the gheyest way known to man.....boiled them in beef broth for 2 1/2 hrs. they were fallin off the bone already and I didn't have alumn. foil so I put them on 2 cookie sheets and then on the Gas Grill with some apple chips for 1 hour.......havin the lid proped open a tad helped the heat stay low ....but I'll say one thing it sucks to BBQ with Gas Here's some great sauce...my Dad would travel to KC once in awhile and I wanted some Gates......he also scored this Wabash and it's awesome http://www.wabashbbq.com/ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
