detlef
Thinking my Niners could use a WR and specifically one that's got some size. Obviously an OL would be good to keep A Smith off his back but that seems to have been quite depleted by now. Thoughts?
detlef
Anyone? He's still out there and they're next.
kpholmes
Jerry Rice advised the Niners to take DeSean. Whatever his influence is worth...

Kansas State 2000
It would make sense for the 49ers to take the Cal WR here.
DMD
Limas is available but unfortunately he does not have Sprint and his cell phone gets no bars at his parents house.

detlef
And SF picks OG, Chilo Rachel from USC. Which is great I guess. I know nothing about him but he's big 6/5" 315 and can move 5.23 40 time. That doesn't suck, nor does the fact that he played for a good school. theprofessor
Unbelieveable that there has been little interest in the WR's? I had Devin Thomas going to the Seahawks and Sweed or Jackson going to the 49ers
Chief Dick
Limas is available but unfortunately he does not have Sprint and his cell phone gets no bars at his parents house. This is actually very funny.

That doesn't suck, nor does the fact that he played for a good school. Rachel has all the tools for an interior lineman. He's big and powerful, with the ability to win one-on-one battles at the line. Rachel also has light feet and good athleticism. He can get out and pull and he's improving as a pass protector. He's still a bit of a work in progress (but most are) as he can be wildly inconsistent from play-to-play and his technique is often sloppy.
