NFL Draft Day trades

What really sucks on draft day is all the trades being made and getting very little information about the details of the trades. So many moves are being made this year, yet the trade information is slow to be communicated. You wait for long periods of time for teams to select and then all of a sudden they cut a deal and move up down or out of the round completely which is annoying when you don't know what's going on. Is info on these trades slow to get out, awaiting league approval, etc. Why does the info take so long to be released?????
