no. obviously Miller's success with Chill had Bud scurrying. on another note, I did see the Bud Chelada in the store yesterday. Bud light with clamato.

Honestly, it tastes exactly like you think it would... They've done a lot of sampling in my territory as of late.

It's horrific. I was talking with some of the Ben E Kieth guys and they have very little demand for it in my territory... A few accounts have already started closing it out. The bums won't even touch it. I bought one for my friend who will drink anything that has alcohol in it and he couldn't finish it... This guy can kill Steel Reserve or Old English 40oz, but couldn't stomach a can of the Chelada.

I just bought a six of Miller Chill for my Mom to try while she was visiting. One sip and I had to pour it down the drain. I'm saving the other five to poison rats with.

My local pub up the street sells them for $2 a bottle along with Pabst, Miller High Life, and Natty Lite. They have over 80 beers and one little chalkboard way in the corner that list this "awesome" special.

I'm a purist when it comes to beer. Beer is a serious topic. Keep the friggin' gimmicks out of it. If you need to shove a damn piece of fruit in it in an attempt to make people drink it, you're probably peddeling piss. I'm not a beer snob, as today's sampler included peroni, some polish beer (tyakie?), Troegs, Yuengling and busch light, but the gimmick crap doesn't do it for me. Drink what you like and enjoy, but bud light lime will never part my lips.

As for the Bud Light Lime, I tried one last weekend and it wasn't bad. It was like 95 degrees out and we were having an outdoor party, so it tasted alright.

Meh. I usually don't like bulk beer, but I like Miller Chill. Summer time drinking is different than any other time of the year. It's ok to drink some non-serious beers in the summer.
