untateve
well, four bottles of it, anyway. Some may recall my search for Dogfish Head Immort Ale. Through a friend who resides in New York (specifically, Rhinebeck), I am now the proud owner of a 4-pack of this wonderful ale. http://www.dogfish.com/brewings/Occasional...le/16/index.htm As I type this, my eyes are filled with tears of joy. Again, if others of you locate this, I would happily pay for the ale as well as shipping costs.

detlef
The Eagle has landed and yes, I have confirmation on the product it is, in fact Immort Ale. Check your pm.
detlef
Just tasted it. It is quite nice indeed. To be honest, while I'm a fan of American Artisan brews and Dogfish Head in particular, I usually get off the bus one stop before their more "exotic ones". Raison d'etre, for instance is not my cup of tea. This stuff seems to keep it all in perspective. The peety nature is certainly interesting and it is rich and sweet but it has a balance and polish that others of this ilk tend to lose. Enjoy the other 23, er 22 that'll be waiting for you Steve. AtomicCEO
I used to drink Dogfish up in Po-town. And I'd go to Rhinebeck to see God Street Wine at the Rhinecliff tavern. Beautiful country up there.
