Bronco Billy Posted June 18, 2008 Share Posted June 18, 2008 No link - story is from 850 KOA radio in DEN After pleading not guilty to DUI in December, Marshall's lawyer Harvey Steinberg has apparently said he will not challenge the arrest in court. It appears that subsequent to the arrest & his release, Marshall made public statements in the nature of - I'm sorry, I could have killed someone - and Steinberg has stated that those admissions will probably be used in court against him. Don't know where this would go as far as Marshall's status. As far as I know, he's not in the substance abuse program in the NFL. However, he also has the domestic abuse charges against him and he was involved in the fracas that ended in Darrent Williams' death.
