Bronco Billy
Wait a minute. Those are the details? There is no documentation of Jolly doing anything wrong other than unquestionably being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It doesn't say Jolly possessed the gun, that it was his Josh Gordon, or that he either possessed or used the codeine. Well, that does change my position. This looks like a spaghetti-against-the-wall charge in an effort to get one or more of the occupants of the vehicle to roll over on others in the vehicle. Not that there's anything wrong with the cops doing that, but I don't see how the cops make anything stick to Jolly without more evidence than what we're seeing so far - nor is there any evidence of Jolly doing anything illegal based upon the description provided. In fact, Jolly is 25 yrs old, so he isn't the person described in the weapons charge nor the one associated with the Josh Gordon. And the 4th person was released without being charged? Seriously, we either don't have nearly the full story or Jolly is being hosed here. Edited July 16, 2008 by Bronco Billy
