cliaz
***DISCLAIMER - This rankings are in no way a reflection of the Huddle’s pay side of the site. These are my own projects that I work on during preseason to couple with the paid advice from the staff at huddle for my local drafts. Take ‘em or leave ‘em, I figured I would post them as I complete them. END OF LINE*** NON-PPR Rankings WRS - TIER I - [strong #1 fantasy Wrs] Randy Moss - 93 receptions, 1450 yards 14 tds Reggie Wayne - 84 receptions, 1300 yards 12 tds Andre Johnson - 98 receptions, 1320 yards and 8 Tds T.O. - 83 receptions, 1300 yards 10 tds Marques Colston - 102 receptions, 1275 yards 10 tds Notes: I can’t see Moss repeating last year’s numbers [same as I mentioned for Brady]. I think he may top more than 14 Tds this season but no more than 16. I like Wayne above Andre Johnson simple from a TD arena but Andre will be higher on a PPR league. TO will be competing more with Witten for yardage and Tds this year and I really like Colston for a PPR system. Tier II - [Low end #1 fantasy Wrs] Braylon Edwards - 79 receptions, 1200 yards 12 tds Larry Fitzgerald - 97 receptions, 1275 yards 10 tds T.J. Houshmandzaden, 97 receptions, 1100, 10 tds Steve Smith - 83 receptions, 1200 yards 9 tds Chad Johnson - 80 receptions, 1210 yards 8 tds Santonio Holmes - 71 receptions, 1150 yards 9 tds ßfor you, Menudo Torry Holt - 82 receptions, 1100 yards 8 tds Plaxico Burress, 69 receptions, 1050 yards 9 tds Notes: This year we will see the changing of the guard on many teams. Holt will do a decent amount of damage but his dangerous days are over. The rams will never regain their passing attack and too many people still cling to 1999/early 2000s team. He shouldn’t be drafted in a non-PPR league until late in the 4th on a 12 team league. Edwards will lead this tier on Tds followed by Larry “but” if Warner does not become the starting QB expect to see him slip down. This is the third year for Santonio Holmes and I’m with Menudo on ABC with this pick, I think this year he makes some serious noise for the Steelers. Tier III - [strong to mid range #2 fantast Wrs] Jerricho Cotchery, 75 receptions, 1100 yards 8 tds Greg Jennings - 68 receptions, 1025 yards 8 tds Roy Williams - 73 receptions, 1050 yards 7 tds Anquan Boldin - 73 receptions, 1000 yards 6 tds Wes Welker - 99 receptions, 1050 yards 6 tds Roddy White - 81 receptions, 980 yards 6 tds Brandon Marshall - 70 receptions, 930 yards 6 tds Bernard Berrian - 70 receptions, 925 yards 6 tds Laveranues Cole - 62 receptions 950 yards 6 tds Notes: These are the wide outs that I’ve targeted as strong #2 fantasy Wrs. If you can couple one of these players with one of the Wrs from my Tier 1 and Tier 2 list, you should be able to have a decent WR corp to build off of. I am really hesitant in putting Roddy White do high on my list but after peeping out the pre-season and doing all the math, I have no choice but to place him this high “if” Ryan plays. My numbers for Wes Welker are pretty high compared to what I’ve stated with N.E. this year but he is a very good possession WR on a team with a very good QB. A lot of you might not agree with Jerricho Cotchery being so high but I have a guy feeling about this guy this year with Favre throwing the ball. Tier IV - [lower mid to low end #2 fantasy Wrs] Marvin Harrison - 75 receptions, 900 yards 6 tds Lee Evans - 63 receptions, 900 yards 6 tds Chris Chambers - 63 receptions, 850 yards 5 tds Hines Ward - 75 receptions, 810 yards, 6 tds Donald Driver - 70 receptions, 810 yards 6 tds - Edit to include driver, i forgot to put him on this list Calvin Johnson - 59 receptions, 800 yards 6 tds Nate Burleson - 60 receptions, 750 yards, 6 tds Dwayne Bowe - 60 receptions, 800 yards 5 tds Anthony Gonzalez - 52 receptions 720 yards 5 tds Joey Galloway - 50 receptions, 725 yards 5 tds Jerry Porter - 46 receptions, 610 yards 5 tds Kevin Curtis - 58 receptions, 810 yards 4 tds Donte' Stallworth - 52 receptions, 730 yards 4 tds Reggie Brown - 50 receptions, 700 yards 4 tds Isaac Bruce - 52 receptions, 700 yards 4 tds Reggie Williams - 33 receptions, 510 yards 5 tds Notes: I feel dirty putting Harrison so low on my cheat sheet but I think this is the year he drops and Wayne takes over. I am pretty high on Chambers and Evans this year and think they will perform as decent #2s and fantastic bye week filler if you can manage to get two Wrs from the higher tiers. Ward pretty much will dip in numbers but still a great #2 for your team. I really wanted to see Reggie Brown higher but I couldn’t, in good faith, put his numbers higher. I didn't include any of my other projections on this list because we are hitting the bye week fillers and WRs who really wont do too much damage but if you all want me to, i'll include them. Remember, this is just my personal list that i'm working on for my two local leagues coming up this weekend. Randall
Nice list but Donald Driver is missing. He was hurt last season(shoulder and ankle at TC) and I expect him to bounce back. He has a heavily incentive lade contract too. I think 1050-1150 and 7 TD's.

Rovers
I think Colston is too high... Shockey and Bush will take some targets away, and so might Meacham, unless the first preseason game was a complete mirage. I think Seattle will pass a lot this year... Mo Morris and JJ don't scare anyone (maybe Forsett can) , and while Burleson is a question mark, some Seattle reciver is gonna break 90 receptions. Given Brown's injury history, I think K Curtis is too low, but he is one of those WR's... nothing for 3 weeks, then 3 td's and 150 yards. You only have one wide out with 100 catches... there will be three at least, maybe as many as six. Not a bad effort... LOL... more than I would do!
